Significance of Deity Worship in Hinduism – What Do Hindu Scriptures Say? | Hinduism Information

What’s the significance of Deity worship in Hinduism? What do the Hindu scriptures say about deity worship? What’s the objective of deity worship?

Many leftist teams have been spreading false narratives on deity worship in Hinduism. Their sole agenda is to assault Hinduism and sow doubts within the minds of Hindus who do every day puja and deity worship.

As per Isha Vasya Upanishad, in Hinduism, the context of worship is “Sohamasmi” – even when praying, I’m He. Verse 16

As per Kamika Agama, there are two sorts of worship – Atmartha puja and Parartha puja – private worship in your house and worship within the temple. (chapter 1, verses 22-25)
The Kamika agama describes all the main points of how a deity needs to be put in and worshipped. (Chapter 32, verse 82-84)

Hindus ought to reclaim their way of life and never permit any leftist brokers to sow doubts of their minds about their every day practices!
