Shiva is ‘shakti’ or energy, Shiva is the destroyer, essentially the most highly effective god of the Hindu pantheon and one of many godheads within the Hindu Trinity. Recognized by many names – Mahadeva, Mahayogi, Pashupati, Nataraja, Bhairava, Vishwanath, Bhava, Bhole Nath – Lord Shiva is maybe essentially the most complicated of Hindu deities.
