Hindu holy books: Rig, Sama, Atharva and Yajur Vedas


The Vedas are a big physique of texts originating in historical India. Composed in Vedic Sanskrit, the texts represent the oldest layer of Sanskrit literature and the oldest scriptures of Hinduism. The Vedas are apauruṣeya (“not of human company”).
