The efficiency of Tarantang Petak Balanga – Dance Group (Komunitas Tarantang Petak Belanga) from Central Kalimantan through the Second Hindu Artwork and Tradition Competition held in Yogyakarta from September 25, 2012 to September 28, 2012.

The Indonesian Hindu neighborhood has numerous native traditions of artwork and tradition. Whereas the philosophical framework is comparable, artwork and tradition differ as they’re contextualized in native human and pure environments. Contributors to the pageant originated from Hindu communities all through 16 provinces: South Sumatera, Bangka Belitung, Lampung, Jakarta, Banten, West Jawa, Central Jawa, Yogyakarta, East Jawa, Central Sulawesi, South Sulawesi, Southeast Sulawesi, Cebtral Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, West Nusa Tenggara and Bali.

This efficiency was a part of the pageant’s closing ceremony, the identify of the efficiency is “betang panjang palataran lumbah” – a dance which reveals the every day lifetime of Dayak folks of their longhouses (betang) within the ancestral land of the Dayak from Central Kalimantan (bumi tambun bungai).
