Plot:
Chakram (Prabhas) is a international returnee and has a dream of constructing a hospital at Pulivendula. He’s in love together with his colleague, Lakshmi (Asin Thottumkal) who studied with him overseas. However leaves her half-way by after he realizes that he was struck with most cancers. Not wanting to inform her, he strikes to Hyderabad and stays in place referred to as ‘Sahara Colony’. There, he tries to resolve folks downside’s within the colony. Seeing all this, one other lady who can be named Lakshmi (Charmi) falls in love with Chakram. The remaining is a heart-rending saga of the cancer-struck affected person’s love station.
