Brahma (Sanskrit: ब्रह्मा, IAST: Brahmā) is the creator god in Hinduism. He’s also called Svayambhu (self-born) or the artistic side of Vishnu, Vāgīśa (Lord of Speech), and the creator of the 4 Vedas, one from every of his mouths. Brahma is consort of Saraswati and he’s the daddy of 4 Kumaras, Narada, Daksha, Marichi and plenty of extra.
Brahma is typically recognized with the Vedic god Prajapati, he’s also called Vedanatha (god of Vedas), Gyaneshwar (god of Data), Chaturmukha (having 4 Faces) Svayambhu (self born), Brahmanarayana (half Brahma and half Vishnu), and many others, in addition to linked to Kama and Hiranyagarbha (the cosmic egg). He’s extra prominently talked about within the post-Vedic Hindu epics and the mythologies within the Puranas. Within the epics, he’s conflated with Purusha.
